  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside upon my Benefice, on account of ye Vicarage House being not habitable; but I reside at Beaminster in ye County of Dorset. I have a Curate who resides in an adjoining Parish; His Salary Thirty Pounds a year; but as he has very lately taken ye Cure, I apprehend he is not duely licensed. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benifice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Beaminster in ye County of Dorset.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the day with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year about Thirty communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier of ye Glebe Lands, Houses &c in ye Registry.

  9. Number of families: Twenty five.

  10. Chapels: No

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is an Alms House.

  13. Charity: There's five pounds Left to the Parish, the Interest of which is yearly given to the poor.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution bears Date the Eighth day of August 1777. I do not recollect ye date of my Priest orders, they being at present in ye hands of ye Bishop of Bristol.
